TERMS OF SERVICE

By working with me, you accept these terms of service:

I. PAYMENT

1. Payment must be done upfront before starting the artwork.
2. Payment will be requested through Paypal Invoice only.
3. Payment accepted in USD only.
4. Payment sent without an invoice will be considered as a non refundable tip.

II. PROCESS

1. Completion of the artwork is expected to take no longer than 1 week or 1 month from full payment based on the complexity of the artwork.
2. WIPs of each stages of the artwork will be send to the client.
3. All communication between the Artist and the Client in regards to a commission will only be conducted via Discord.
4. Unlimited revisions will be allowed during the sketch phase, no free revisions during the rendering phase, unless they are very minor. Extreme revisions will not be done like redoing an entire character/pose, etc.
5. If the Client requests revisions of the artwork after the coloring and rendering phase, there will be a revision fee 10 - 30 USD

III. REFUND POLICY

1. No refund will be given once I start the artwork
2. A full refund will be given if there has not been any progress 1 month of accepting the commission.
3. The artist has the right to cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount at any time.

IV. ON COMPLETION OF COMMISSION

1. The artwork will be sent to either the client's Discord or e-mail in high-resolution, in the form of a PNG.
2. I, the artist, reserve full rights to the artwork and its distribution and use, unless it was requested that I do not do so.
3. I, the artist, reserve the right to use the artwork in portfolio, unless it was requested that I do not do so.
4. All commission done by me are for personnel use. If the client decides to use a commission commercially after its completion, this can be discussed.
5. The client may post the finished commission on their social media, provided that proper credit should be given to the artist.
6. A small watermark will be placed on the artwork. For removal of the watermark there will be a charge.
8. If a Client requires the Photoshop(.psd) or the Clip Studio Paint(.csp) file, they should pay 100% price of the original art.
